As a behavior technician you will make a strong, lasting, and positive impact on the lives of children every day. ABA therapy involves both psychological and educational techniques based on the needs of each client. ABA therapy has shown to increase socialization, play, and language/communication skills while minimizing or eliminating challenging behavior.

This position may require the behavior technician to intervene and decrease physically challenging behaviors such as aggression toward others and injury toward self. An ideal candidate will do so while upholding client dignity and communicating respectfully to and about the client.
